Week 3 — Nervous System Regulation: Understand stress responses and learn to find safety within.
Week 4 — Emotional Patterns: Recognise and release loops of reactivity and suppression.
Week 5 — The Inner Child & Triggers: Heal the roots of self-doubt and disconnection.
Week 6 — The Power of Attention: Learn to use Your Mind consciously — not be used by it.
